Ergo Store has prepared stores of five LPP brands in Helsinki

One of our biggest projects for the LPP group has ended. The stores of five brands of the Tri-City company in the Mall of Tripla shopping center in Helsinki are already open to customers.

The first phase of the project, which included the production of Reserved and Mohito stores, has already been described on our blog. In the second phase, we prepared Sinsay, Cropp and House stores. They occupy a total of 2,843 sq m, while the area of ​​all LPP stores prepared by our company is over 6.5 thousand. As in the first phase, the Ergo Store team was responsible for retail furniture manufacturing, followed by their transport and assembly, which we carried out in September 2019. All five LPP stores were opened on October 17, 2019.

Mall of Tripla is the largest, newly opened shopping center in Finland. It is located in the very center of Helsinki. Within a radius of just 1 km from the center, key locations on the map of the Finnish capital are located, which attract about 3.6 million visitors annually: Hartwall Arena, Helsinki Expo and Convention Center, Olympic Stadium and Linnanmäki theme park. Among the tenants we can find brands such as Skechers, H&M, Vero Moda or Mango. The shopping gallery has been designed in the spirit of sustainable business development. 1/3 of the roofs are covered by green areas. In addition, the center is equipped with a rainwater collection system, which means approx. 40% less clean water consumption than in comparable facilities.

Finland is the 25th market on which LPP sells its products. The decision to enter this country turned out to be a hit. According to the Tricity company, after opening stores, Finns bought an average of 1277 pieces of clothing per hour. This is the best result in the history of LPP debuts on foreign markets. We are glad that we could have had our share in this success.

Finland is another country where we had the opportunity to work with our regular client. In the spring this year, we prepared the first LPP stores in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We have also worked in such countries as Russia, Germany, Serbia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Hungary and the United Arab Emirates to support the international expansion of the Tri-City company.
