First production under the new Sinsay concept: Ergo Store delivers a new retail space in Rabka-Zdrój

May and June 2026 brought another project for our long-term client – the LPP Group. While preparing the Sinsay store in Rabka-Zdrój, we had our first opportunity to manufacture furniture and fixtures tailored to the brand’s new store concept.

The newly opened Sinsay store is located in the Gazda Shopping Center in Rabka-Zdrój, a spa town in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship.

The brand’s expansion into small and medium-sized towns is a key element of the LPP Group’s long-term strategy. The group effectively capitalizes on the potential of such regions, providing residents with broad access to branded apparel and daily essentials at affordable prices.

The store in Rabka covers an area of 578 sq m. Like other full-scale stores of this chain, it offers a diverse assortment, including clothing collections for women, men, and children, as well as home accessories.

However, this project was unique because it was the first time our company manufactured furniture and fixtures for the refreshed Sinsay store concept. The goal of the new format is to create a modern, bright space where the neutral colors of the walls and furniture elements provide a subtle backdrop, perfectly highlighting the colorful, seasonal collections of clothing and accessories. The new concept successfully combines flexibility and functional design with a minimalist aesthetic, bringing a touch of modernity and a metropolitan fashion vibe to smaller towns.

Scope of Ergo Store’s work: manufacturing and installation of Sinsay store furniture

As part of the cooperation with the LPP Group, Ergo Store was responsible for the manufacturing and installation of the store furniture. Our team produced a standard set of Sinsay furniture and fixtures. The prepared set included:

• wall units, wall-adjacent fixtures, and free-standing furniture;
• modern cash wrap areas along with back-counter furniture;
• fitting rooms and backroom equipment.

The installation work in Rabka-Zdrój was carried out by our specialized team between May 16 and May 24, 2026. The project was completed on schedule, and the official opening of the Sinsay store to customers took place on June 3, 2026.

Long-term cooperation between Ergo Store and the LPP Group

The store in Rabka-Zdrój is another project delivered by Ergo Store for the Tricity-based LPP company. Our partnership is long-term and covers store fit-outs for various brands within the group’s portfolio across multiple European countries. In Poland, our team regularly equips stores in shopping centers and retail parks, both in large cities and smaller towns.

Examples include Sinsay stores in the Foch Park retail park in Knurów, as well as in Świebodzin, Wrocław, and the Stopiak retail park in Nowy Targ.

Concurrently, we run projects in international markets – since 2022, with a particular focus on the Balkans, where we consistently deliver stores for LPP brands (Sinsay, Reserved, Mohito, House, Cropp) in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Greece.

For the LPP Group, we have also previously worked in countries such as Hungary, Germany, Romania, Finland, Bulgaria, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
