Four new Sinsay stores in Bosnia and Herzegovina produced by Ergo Store

Four new locations have appeared on our production map for the LPP Group in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In April and May 2025, we completed Sinsay stores in Banja Luka, Goražde, Foča, and the town of Kiseljak.

The largest city we worked in was Banja Luka – the second most populous city in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It’s an important economic hub and a cultural and academic center (among others, home to three higher education institutions). The Sinsay store produced by Ergo Store is located in the Emporium shopping center, which spans 12,000 square meters and features retailers such as LC Waikiki, Bata, and Deichmann.

The Sinsay store covers 505 square meters and offers stylish clothing for women and men, children’s apparel, and home accessories – all at affordable prices. Ergo Store was responsible for retail furniture manufacturing, as well as its transportation and installation, which took place from May 10–14, 2025. The store officially opened on May 22.

A week earlier, the first customers visited the Sinsay store in Goražde – a town of 12,000 located in southeastern Bosnia. The store in the Bingo shopping center, is the largest of our spring projects for the LPP Group in Bosnia, with a surface area of 896 square meters. As in Banja Luka, we handled the production and installation of the store furnishings. Installation work was carried out from April 30 to May 6, 2025.

Another location we worked in was Kiseljak – a small town in the central part of the country. The 635-square-meter Sinsay store is located on Vatroslava Lisinskog Street, next to another Polish brand, Pepco. Here too, we provided retail furniture production, transportation, and installation, which was conducted from April 23–29, 2025. The store opened on May 8.

Finally, in Foča – a historic town in eastern Bosnia – we completed a 617-square-meter Sinsay store located on Kralja Petra Street. It opened on May 15, 2025, with retail furniture and equipment installation carried out between May 10–14.

In its 2025 strategic plan, the LPP Group announced an accelerated growth strategy for Sinsay – a brand that embodies the key features of modern retail: convenient, well-designed stores, strong online presence, a wide range of branded products, and affordable prices. By the end of 2027, the Sinsay retail network is expected to grow to approximately 6,000 stores.

Ergo Store has been actively supporting Sinsay’s expansion for years by producing its physical stores across Europe. Since 2022, the Balkans have become a particularly active market for us, resulting in the delivery of new Sinsay stores in countries such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, and Greece.

Over the years, we’ve also carried out projects for the LPP Group in countries including the United Kingdom, Hungary, Germany, Romania, Finland, Bulgaria, and Poland.
