The Balkans remain a key expansion market for Polish fashion brand Sinsay. The Ergo Store team was once again responsible for delivering its retail spaces in Bosnia and Herzegovina, completing projects in Fojnica and Jajce during the summer of 2026.
Fojnica is a town in central Bosnia located at the foot of Mount Vranica, known for its rich history, therapeutic thermal springs, and natural scenery.
The Sinsay store manufactured by Ergo Store for the LPP Group is situated in the newly opened YuFo shopping center (frequently referred to as Retail Park Fojnica) at Šetalište 2, near the Reumal thermal spa. In addition to Sinsay, the complex houses Pepco, an Amko supermarket, a CM cosmetics retailer, a café, and a fitness center.
The store spans 560 sq m. Ergo Store’s scope of work covered the production and installation of retail furniture, including wall units, freestanding fixtures, and the fitting room zone. Assembly took place between June 11 and June 16, 2026, with the official store launch following on July 16, 2026, alongside the shopping center’s grand opening.
Jajce is one of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s most historic towns, famous for its historic architecture and a waterfall located in the town center. The new 597 sq m Sinsay store shares a building with a Best supermarket, which is expected to boost foot traffic for the retailer.
Our team managed the delivery and installation of retail furniture from July 17 to July 22, 2026, leading up to the store’s opening on July 31, 2026. A distinctive feature of this roll-out was the integration of two brand concepts: S18 and the updated S25. Wall displays were fabricated according to the S18 standard, display tables followed the newer S25 standard, while frames and remaining fixtures were based on the previous interior layout.
The Fojnica and Jajce locations represent the latest completed Ergo Store projects for Sinsay in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In recent years, our company has built out retail locations for Sinsay and other LPP Group brands (Reserved, Mohito, House, Cropp) across numerous Bosnian cities and towns, including Banja Luka, Goražde, Foča, Živinice, Bijeljina, Ključ, and Kiseljak.
The Balkan region – which also includes projects across Serbia, Croatia, and Greece – has been a core operational focus for LPP Group roll-outs continuously since 2022.
LPP remains a long-standing partner, with Ergo Store delivering international projects over the years across the UK, Germany, Hungary, Romania, Finland, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland.

The checkout zone in a brick-and-mortar store is more than just a payment area - it is a critical brand touchpoint and an effective tool for margin generation. Well-designed retail fixtures turn passive queue waiting into an active decision-making process, directly increasing average basket value.
