Ergo Store prepared a House store in Romania

In 2023, we thoroughly modernized the House (a brand from the LPP group) store located in the Iulius Mall shopping center în Timișoara, the main city in western Romania.

Iulius Mall is the largest shopping center outside the capital of Romania, Bucharest. Covering an area of 102,000 sq. meters, it houses 450 shops, a cinema, a fitness center with a pool, restaurants, cafes, and children’s play areas. In addition to House, Polish brands operating in the center include Reserved from the LPP group, CCC, 4F, and Pepco. Their offerings are complemented by the  Inditex group with Zara, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull & Bear, as well as H&M, C&A, and Sizeer.

The House store in the Iulius Mall center covers 550 sq. meters. Between August and September 2023, commissioned by the LPP group, we carried out the modernization of the store, which included the production and installation of a new set of furniture. The assembly work took place from August 16th to 23rd, 2023, and the redesigned store was opened on September 2nd, 2023.

As a result of the modernization, the transformed appearance includes the area behind the cash registers, where elements in green color we applied gave this place a new, more distinctive character.

Let’s recall that in the LPP group’s portfolio, House is a brand for young individuals who express themselves through their clothing, showcasing who they are and what they feel. Currently, the brand is present in 22 markets, offering collections that blend the latest trends with casual style.

The current interior concept of House brand stores stands out with simple forms and the use of materials such as natural wood and steel.

LPP is our long-standing client, for whom over the years, we have prepared stores for all brands in their portfolio. We have previously produced House stores in locations such as Pilsen in the Czech Republic and the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia. So far, we have prepared LPP shops in countries such as Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Greece, Finland, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
