Milan – the European fashion capital and Amsterdam – one of the most unique cities in Europe are places where our regular client, Levi’s opened stores in the new premium concept. Our company participated in their production.
A characteristic element of the premium concept is the use of concrete cubes, on which products of the American manufacturer are displayed. In addition to concrete, an important element of the interior design is pine wood, both in natural color and painted white.
The Levi’s store in Milan is a men’s shop-in-shop with an area of 25 sq m. It is located in the Annex Rinascente department store in the very center of Milan on the historic Piazza del Duomo. Rinascente is considered the most elegant, prestigious and at the same time avant-garde chain of department stores in Italy. Its history is 150 years old and it can boast of the title of “The World’s Best Department Store ” awarded in 2016 in the IGDS plebiscite (Intercontinental Group of Department Stores) – an organization, founded in 1946 and associating 40 chains of department stores from around the world.
Our company was responsible for the preparation of some elements of furniture and equipment of the store, as well as their assembly, which we carried out in March 2019.
In Amsterdam, however, we participated in the preparation of a two-storey monobrand store, which is located at Kalverstraat – the most expensive shopping street in the Netherlands, with rents of up to 3000 euros per square meter (2016). The Levi’s store was opened in May 2019, and our company has prepared a few pieces of furniture and equipment, such as concrete and wooden cubes, benches for customers or multi-colored wall, which is located on the store floor and closes a special zone for customers, part of which is tailor unit, where customers can use tailoring services.
The Levi’s brand is our regular client, with whom we have been cooperating for years. In recent weeks, we have prepared, among others Levi’s shops in Prague and Thessaloniki and throughout 2019, we have worked for an American producer in such countries as Spain, Germany, Ukraine and Poland.
