We are closing the first quarter of 2021 with the information about a new project in the Russian market. A Sinsay shop is one of the latest productions for our longtime client, LPP group.
The new Sinsay shop is located in Mozaica shopping centre, situated in the south-east part of Moscow, a walking distance from two metro stations: Kozhukhovskaya and Dubrovka. Mozaica was established in 2014. Its commercial space covers an area of 68 000 square metres and its list of shops consists of more than 150 brands, with popular high-street brands such as H&M, LC Waikiki, Mango, Monki or the popular Russian brand Ruxara.
The Sinsay shop is the first shop from the highly popular Polish fashion retailer portfolio in Mozaica shopping centre and a subsequent production for LPP in Russia that has been prepared by our company. The shop’s interior has been prepared according to the brand’s present concept: it is bright and spatial. Its assortment consists of men and women apparel and interior decorative accessories.
The scope of our work included the retail furniture production and its transport. The shop is 764 square metres and it was open to the first customers on March 23. We will give a prompt to those who plan to visit the southern part of Moscow that the Sinsay shop is located on the 2nd floor at Kozhukhovskaya 9 street.
We would like to take advantage of the opportunity to mention that according to the annual report 2020, Sinsay is the second largest brand from LPP group portfolio in terms of number of shops. Despite the pandemic and global economic recession, Sinsay has considerably developed over the last years.
In recent times, our company has prepared a number of Sinsay shops including locations such as Wroclaw, Krakow as well as Russia and Romania. We will keep you informed about the forthcoming projects for this brand and others from LPP group portfolio.
