For the second time we had the opportunity to prepare a Reserved store in the Hungarian capital. Reserved is the flagship brand from the portfolio of our regular client – the LPP group.
The new store is part of the Budaörs Tesco shopping center, located at Kinizsi utca, in the central part of the city. Next to the hypermarket, we can find here shops of several recognizable brands, including our client, the CCC group, as well as Orsay and H&M.
We manufactured all the furniture of the 1988 sq. m. Reserved store, we also organized furniture transport from Poland to Hungary and we carried out the assembly, which was ended at the beginning of October. It is worth noting that despite constant cooperation with the LPP group, we manufactured some elements of the furniture for the first time, which is connected with the recent lifting of the Reserved store concept. Its assumption is, among others lightening the store , as well as accentuating the space through platforms placed under furniture sets.
The store was opened on October 11. Customers will find clothes from the latest autumn / winter collection, which is promoted by a spectacular advertising campaign with the participation of the Polish actress Joanna Kulig and the French influencer, Jeanne Damas.
As we have already mentioned, the store in Budaörs Tesco is the second store of the flagship brand of LPP, prepared by us in the Hungarian capital. In the summer of 2017, we prepared a store in the Pólus Shopping Center. Our first-ever production for the LPP group in Hungary was the Reserved store in Pécs, which we prepared in 2016. While supporting the international expansion of our regular client, we also worked in countries such as Russia, Germany and Serbia. For the LPP group, we also regularly carry out projects in Poland, among the latest productions there were, among others, stores of several brands from the LPP group prepared in Krakow and Zabrze. We will inform you about the details soon on the blog.

After a break, we have returned to Greece with a new project for the LPP Group. The result of our work is a Sinsay store produced in the city of Pyrgos. Our team was responsible for the complete fit-out of the store from A to Z – including retail furniture production, delivery, and assembly.

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
