Autumn 2025 brought another series of productions completed by Ergo Store for our long-standing client, the LPP Group in Poland. Our team worked on preparing two new Sinsay stores located in retail parks in Dąbrowa Górnicza and Bydgoszcz.
The Sinsay store in Dąbrowa Górnicza stands out with its impressive area of 1,112 sqm. It is located in S1 — a new retail park built on the site of the former Auchan hypermarket. S1 offers customers more than 25 retail units and 540 parking spaces. One of the park’s unique features is its green parking area, with parking spots made of grass-filled openwork slabs. Among the brands that opened their stores in the new park — in addition to Sinsay — are Jula, Woolworth, Diverse, Doris Simon, Villaro, and CCC.
Installation works in the Sinsay store took place from 29 September to 7 October 2025. Ergo Store produced a full set of retail furniture and fixtures and transported everything to the site. The store, along with the entire retail park, opened on 15 October.
The second Sinsay store we produced is also located in a newly opened retail park. Unlike the one in Dąbrowa Górnicza, the park in Bydgoszcz is a compact development combining retail and service spaces. It was built in the heart of the Glinki district — a rapidly developing part of the city that already includes popular retailers such as Biedronka, Rossmann and an Orlen petrol station. The main investor is Cukiernia Sowa, and the total usable area exceeds 3,200 sqm. Among the first retailers was the popular non-food discount chain Action. The 534-sqm Sinsay store joined this line-up on 31 October 2025.
Our team prepared a standard Sinsay furniture and fixture package, including wall systems, gondolas and free-standing furniture, checkout counters, and full fitting-room equipment. In line with the Sinsay concept, the store interiors feature bright colours and minimalist solutions — an ideal backdrop for the brand’s extensive fashion offer and its “Home” department. Installation of the furniture we produced was completed on 20 October 2025.
The stores in Dąbrowa Górnicza and Bydgoszcz are further examples of our continued cooperation with the LPP Group in the Polish market. In 2025, we have already delivered Sinsay stores in Kraków and Głogów. Our recent projects also included modernization of existing Sinsay locations, which typically involved producing new furniture for Home accesories zones — such work was carried out in Toruń, Tarnów and Lublin.
Over the years, we have worked with the LPP Group across nearly all over Europe. In recent years, our collaboration has been particularly active in the Balkans, where we have produced stores for all brands in the Tri-City-based company’s portfolio – including in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia. Our projects for LPP have also included countries such as Germany, the United Kingdom, Finland, Romania, Greece, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

After a break, we have returned to Greece with a new project for the LPP Group. The result of our work is a Sinsay store produced in the city of Pyrgos. Our team was responsible for the complete fit-out of the store from A to Z – including retail furniture production, delivery, and assembly.

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
