Another edition of London-based retail fair event has come to an end. Notwithstanding, this year’s Design Expo event held at Olympia hall could not lack the participation from Ergo Store company.
Retail Design Expo is a fair event that representatives of professions related to retail, visual merchandising and branding industries marked within their calendars for the third consecutive time. The attendants had the chance to view offers presented by nearly 300 exhibitors as well as take part in 70 free of charge conferences, discussion panels and workshops. Participants, including exhibitors, speakers and guests, were in abundance this year.
“Retail Design Expo is both an enormous and excellent opportunity to present what we have to offer” – asserted Phil Day, Chief at The Global Association for Marketing-at-Retail (POPAI), an international organization for companies specialized in marketing at point of sale, during the fair.
This year’s fair event was attended by representatives of numerous brands such as John Lewis, Ben & Jerry’s, H&M, Dulux and Boots.
During the lectures, speakers reflected on matters such as use of neuromarketing in obtaining real-time knowledge on consumer behavior, use of visual merchandising in brand reception, innovative forms of partnership within the retail industry, sensory branding, sustainable design of retail space and habits of consumers from the millennials generation.
During the event, people were enticed by the main exhibition held at The Designer Pavilion. The third edition of Retail Design Student Awards, which accompanied the fair, gained favorable popularity as well. Furthermore, both Retail Business Technology Expo and Retail Digital Signage Expo were held parallel to Retail Design Expo 2017.
– The fair event was attended by a much higher number of participants its last year’s edition.This confirms its growing position – asserts Paweł Dziarek, New Business Director at Ergo Store, who took part in the fair event held in London. As Dziarek underlines, similarly to last year, much focus was put on presenting technological trends such as newest solutions from the area of visual ads.
