Planning, organizing, and producing a two-level brick-and-mortar store

The LPP Group systematically expands its stores in Agora Bytom, which is a result of the agreement signed in 2022 between the shopping center and the Tricity-based company. In Agora, stores of other LPP brands are also available – House, Sinsay, Mohito, and Cropp. Located in the city center of Bytom, the facility was opened in 2010, and in recent years, it has undergone modernization, which includes the renovation of the interiors of clothing stores, the expansion of the recreation area, the addition of new stores, and establishments in the food court zone. The range of clothing stores in Agora Bytom, in addition to LPP shops, also includes brands such as Diverse, Monnari, and Quiosque.

The Reserved store prepared by us was opened on August 16, 2023. Our team was responsible for the production of retail furniture, transportation, and assembly, which we carried out from July 24 to 31, 2023.

The production of a two-level brick-and-mortar store, like the one in Agora Bytom, requires careful planning, precise organization, and collaboration with various specialists. There are several key challenges in its production:

1. Space Design: Planning and designing the space in a two-level store requires a precise understanding of the requirements to create an efficient and appealing layout.
2. Regulations and Codes: Adhering to local building regulations and regulations regarding commercial properties is crucial. It is also essential to ensure that the project meets all safety and accessibility requirements.
3. Construction and Finishing: Choosing the right materials and construction techniques is crucial to ensure the durability and aesthetics of the store.
4. Accessibility and StairsA: For a two-level store, it is essential to provide access for all customers, including those with limited mobility. It is also important to ensure safe and ergonomic stairs or other means of movement between levels.
5. Project Management: Coordinating different stages of the project, including collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
6. Aesthetics and Branding: It is important for the store to represent the brand image and create a pleasant shopping environment for customers.
7. Renewability and Sustainable Development: Considering issues of sustainable development, such as energy efficiency, the use of eco-friendly materials, and recycling, can be important both from an environmental perspective and in the eyes of the public.

Ergo Store’s Collaboration with the LPP Group

Over the years of collaboration with the LPP Group, we have carried out many projects for them in Poland and almost all of Europe. The list of Polish projects dated 2022 includes Sinsay stores that we prepared in places like Legnica, Knurów, Puławy, and Kalisz, and among the productions from 2023, there is, for example, the Cropp store in Galeria Katowicka.

Over the years, we have also prepared LPP stores in countries such as Hungary, Germany, Finland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia.
