The Sinsay store in the Glogow retail park is another Ergo Store project for our long-term client, the LPP group. The store, covering an impressive 1,005 sq. m, opened on September 26, 2025. We also carried out modernisations of Sinsay stores in eight Polish cities.
The Glogow retail park is a new retail destination in this Lower Silesian city. The nearly 8,000 sq. m facility was built on Józefa Piłsudskiego Street, right next to Galeria Glogovia. The park houses nine retail units, including Sinsay, Media Expert, Rossmann, and Maxi Zoo.
The Sinsay store opened on September 26, 2025. The Ergo Store team was responsible for producing the retai furniture, including fixtures and tables, as well as their professional on-site assembly. Assembly work took place from September 8 to 15.
Sinsay store interiors are characterized by light, muted colors and minimalist design solutions. This aesthetic provides the perfect backdrop for the brand’s extensive range, which, in addition to clothing for women, men, and children, also includes home accessories. Large store spaces—often exceeding 1,000 sq. m, as in Glogow — allow for spacious and comfortable shopping zones that make it easy for customers to navigate the store intuitively.
The Glogow project aligns with Sinsay’s expansion strategy, as the brand continues to grow its network in smaller cities and retail parks.
Ergo Store has been producing Sinsay stores continuously since 2013. Most projects involve new stores productions, though we also frequently renovate existing stores, supplying new retail furniture and fixtures.
For example, in July 2025, we modernized Sinsay stores in eight Polish cities: Lublin (Galeria Mozaika), Żywiec (Nowa Park), Rzeszów (Galeria Rzeszów), Dębica (Galeria Dębicka), Dobrzykowice (Retail Park), Syców (Smart Park), Świebodzin (Karuzela), and Bolesławice (Park Wiatraki). In each location, we produced new furniture and fixtures — mostly for home accessory zones. This was another round of renovations following a series we completed earlier in the summer in Leszno, Toruń, Tarnów, and nine other locations.
Other recent projects for Sinsay in Poland include producing the store in Serenada shopping center in Kraków and preparing stores in Wrocław and Czechowice-Dziedzice.
Over the years, we have produced stores for the LPP Group across nearly all of Poland and in many European countries, including the UK, Germany, Finland, Romania, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and in the Balkans—Serbia, Croatia, Greece, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

After a break, we have returned to Greece with a new project for the LPP Group. The result of our work is a Sinsay store produced in the city of Pyrgos. Our team was responsible for the complete fit-out of the store from A to Z – including retail furniture production, delivery, and assembly.

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
