Our portfolio of projects for the LPP group in Poland this year has been enriched by another Sinsay store, which we completed in the newly opened Foch Park shopping center in Knurów.
Foch Park is a new retail park in Knurów, a small town in the Silesian Voivodeship, located close to Gliwice and Rybnik, approximately 35 km from the regional capital, Katowice. The modern facility, with an area of 6,000 square meters, is located on Szpitalna Street, right next to the city market and the Biedronka supermarket.
Thanks to its diverse offerings, the new shopping center is an excellent place for both everyday shopping and searching for premium products. Among the first tenants were well-known brands such as JYSK, Empik, CCC, and of course, Sinsay—one of the two flagship brands of the LPP group. Sinsay’s offerings are primarily targeted at young families, and in addition to women’s, men’s, and children’s collections, the brand also offers home furnishings.
The Sinsay store we prepared covers an area of 554 square meters. Our company was responsible for the production and installation of the complete set of furniture for the store; we also prepared the fitting rooms and the backroom.
We completed the installation work on August 21, 2024, and the store was opened to customers a week later, on the opening day of the entire Foch Park complex. The event featured additional attractions, and customers could take advantage of special promotions and discounts in the stores.
The store in Knurów was our latest production this year for the LPP group in Poland. Previous projects include, among others, a Sinsay store in Wrocław, the modernization of a Reserved store in Czechowice-Dziedzice, as well as stores for five LPP brands in Nowy Targ, and Sinsay, Cropp, and House stores in Świebodzin.
The Tri-City company is our regular client, for whom we have prepared stores in many countries over the years of cooperation, including the United Kingdom, Hungary, Germany, Romania, Finland, Greece, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia.
