New Ergo Store productions for LPP group in Russia and Poland

At the turn of the third and fourth quarter of 2020, we had the pleasure in carrying out other projects for our regular client and that is LPP group. The newly produced shops can be found in the capital city Moscow and Chorzów.

In Moscow our company prepared shops for two brands from LPP’s portfolio. The Cropp and House shops are located in Shchelkovsky retail and service facility. The newly opened shopping centre covers an area of 60 000 square metres of commercial space. The facility draws attention to its remarkable shape, which resembles a luxurious cruise ship. The list of shops includes brands such as Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, Oysho, Uniqlo, Marks & Spencer, Helly Hansen or Mothercare. The Shchelkovsky shopping mall is located near the Shchelkovskaya tube station on the Shcholkovskoye Shosse 75, in the north-west part of the city.

Our project in the Shchelkovsky mall was ready in the second half of October and the shop was officially opened on October 29. The scope of work on behalf of Ergo Store included the production of furniture, transport and assembly supervision. The Cropp shop in Moscow is almost 598 square metres, while the House shop is 621 square metres.

One of the recent productions prepared for LPP in Poland was the project in Chorzów, a city located in Silesia, in the newly opened Retail Park at Strzelców Bytomskich 30 street, where we completed a Sinsay shop. The retail facility in Chorzów gradually extends the list of its shops, while the concept of a shopping development situated outside a town or city, with separate shop entrances directly from the car park is preferred by our client. Apart from Sinsay shop, Retail Park Chorzów offers shops such as Hebe, Pepco or Dealz.

The scope of work by our team included retail furniture production, transport and assembly. The assembly work took place from September 25 to October 2, and the store was opened to customers on October 14. The shop covers an area of 1096 square metres. The shop in Chorzów, as well as the Moscow shops were prepared according to the current interior concept.

We have successfully cooperated with LPP group for years by preparing projects in Poland and abroad, all over Europe and Asia. Some recent productions in Russia include a Sinsay shop in Chelyabinsk and the facelifting of a House shop in Tiumen. Earlier, we had been responsible preparing projects in Russian cities as Moscow, St. Petersburg, as well as Yekatynburg, Rostov-on-Don, Tula and Barnaul.
