New Ergo Store productions for the LPP group in Serbia

Ergo Store has prepared new stores of the LPP group in the Balkans. This time we had the pleasure to produce Reserved and Sinsay stores in the Serbian city of Vršac.

Both stores are located in the Stop Shop shopping center. The Stop Shop chain belonging to the Immofinanz Group currently consists of over 70 retail parks in eight European countries. Centers are built in close proximity to cities with a size of 30 up to 150 thousand residents. In Poland, we will find them, among others in Swinoujscie, Ketrzyn and Zary. Assumptions about these centers include providing a large number of parking spaces as well as good value for money. The area of the newly opened Stop Shop in the city of Vršac is 8.25 thousand. sq m. Among retailers we can find brands such as LC Waikiki, CCC, Deichmann or the German drugstore DM. The LPP Group has placed here the stores of its two brands – Reserved and Sinsay.

The scope of Ergo Store’s work for both stores included retail furniture manufacturing, transport and assembly which we ran it in the first half of April. Stores were prepared according to current concept already familiarized and liked by customers. Both stores were opened on April 26.

The project in the city of Vršac is our next production for the LPP group in Serbia. In September 2017 we prepared the Reserved and Sinsay stores in Lazarevac, which are also located in the Stop Shop retail park. Supporting the international expansion of our regular client, we worked so far in such countries as Russia, Germany, Slovakia and Hungary.
