New Ergo Store Project in Slovakia: production and assembly of furniture for Sinsay store in Rymawska Sobota

Opened on August 24, 2023, this store marks our latest project this year for the fastest-growing brand in terms of new shops within the LPP group.

Production of the Sinsay store in retail park

The store, covering an area of 1080 square meters, is located in the commercial center OC Spektrum in Rymawska Sobota – a county town in central Slovakia with about 25 thousand inhabitants.

OC Spektrum is a typical retail park – the facility was recently thoroughly renovated by the developer, Mayflower Group. The company focused on implementing modern ecological solutions aimed at contributing to the energy-efficient operation of the park, which has a total rental area of 6,100 square meters. The renewed facility is intended to become an attractive shopping and relaxation destination, while also, in the long term, meeting the goals of a sustainable project.

In the renovated retail park, residents will find stores such as Tesco, JYSK, and Kik, as well as the SuperZOO pet store, a branch of the 101 drugstore chain, and Dr. Max pharmacy. Sinsay is currently the only clothing brand in the center, allowing it to effectively reach its target audience, i.e., young families, with its range of clothing and home furnishings.

Our team handled retail furniture production, transportation, and assembly, which we carried out on August 4, 2023. On the day of the reopening of the retail park, the store was already awaiting its first customers.

Ergo Store collaboration with the LPP Group

The Sinsay store in Rymawska Sobota was our next production for the LPP group in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In these countries, we have already undertaken projects in retail parks, including in 2022 when we prepared Sinsay stores in the Slovak cities of Myjava and Trnava, as well as in the first quarter of 2023 in Pilsen, Czech Republic. We have also visited the capital of the Czech Republic, Prague, including preparing a Sinsay store there in 2019.

For the Tri-City-based LPP company, we have also worked in countries such as Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, and Finland.
