Sinsay in Wroclaw and Reserved in Czechowice-Dziedzice are our latest projects for the LPP Group in Poland.
The project in Wroclaw, we were running in the Pasaż Grunwaldzki shopping center. With an area of approximately 130,000 square meters, Pasaż Grunwaldzki houses about 200 stores, including brands of popular clothing chains like LPP (besides Sinsay, you can also find Reserved, Cropp, House, and Mohito), Levi Strauss (Levi’s), and Inditex (Stradivarius, Oysho, and Pull&Bear).
The Sinsay store we prepared, covering an area of 740 square meters, offers the brand’s women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing collections, as well as home accessories.
Our team handled the production of retail furniture, transportation, and installation, which took place from June 21 to June 28, 2024. The store opened on July 11, 2024.
A few days later, on July 15, the first customers visited the modernized Reserved store in Stara Kablownia, Czechowice-Dziedzice. The clothing offerings in one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in Lower Silesia are dominated by LPP brands (besides Reserved; Sinsay, House, Cropp, and Mohito are also present). Other retailers include brands such as Rossmann, Pepco, and Briju.
After the modernization, the Reserved store’s interiors became brighter and more spacious, featuring new furniture prepared by our company. Besides producing new furnishings and equipment, we also managed the installation, which took place in early July 2024.
The stores in Wroclaw and Czechowice-Dziedzice were not our first productions for LPP in Poland in 2024. Previously, we had worked in locations such as Nowy Targ and Świebodzin.
The Tricity-based company is our long-term client, and over many years of collaboration, we have prepared stores for them in countries such as the United Kingdom, Hungary, Germany, Romania, Finland, Greece, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia.
