The last weeks of 2020 were abounded in productions across the eastern border. Once more we have been working with LPP group, preparing Sinsay and Cropp shops in three Russian cities.
The first of the accomplished projects is a Cropp shop in Kontinent – a popular shopping mall in the south-west part of Saint Petersburg, one of the most beautiful cities in this enormous country. The facility of 67 860 square metres is situated on Stachek 99 avenue. To distinguish it with Kontinent malls in other Russian cities, it is customarily known as Kontinent on Stachek. The shopping mall grants access to several dozen of popular brands, including Levi’s, Wrangler, Motivi, Monton, Henderson or Kari. Among brands from LPP portfolio already available in Kontinent we can find Reserved and Sinsay. The Cropp shop covers an area of 1180 square metres and it was officially opened on November 5. The scope of work by our team included retail furniture production and its transport.
The next weeks of November brought the completion of production of two Sinsay shops. On November 13 in Voronezh, a city located almost 500 km south from Moscow, a new Sinsay shop was opened. The shop can be found in MaxiMir shopping mall. Opened in 2010, the retail facility is 60 000 square metres, five-st0rey mall with 120 shops. Among them we can find: Modis, Calzedonia, Adidas and Reebok outlets as well as a shoe shop by a popular Polish brand CCC. The Sinsay store prepared by us is 1276 square metres. The scope of work by Ergo Store team included furniture production and transport. It is worth bearing in my that MaxiMir is the largest shopping mall in the eastern part of Voronezh and it can be found on Lenin 147 avenue.
The last store was a Sinsay shop in Nizhnevartovsk in Tiumen region, located in the Asian part of Russia. This time the shop from the brand portfolio of the Polish apparel giant was opened in Green Park shopping mall. This six-storey facility covers an area of 50 700 square metres of retail space, out of which the Sinsay shop takes 1276 square metres. On top of that, in Green Park we can purchase clothes and accessories by brands such as LC Waikiki, Snow Queen, L’Etoile. Sinsay is not the first LPP shop in the mall. In this retail facility located on Lenin 6 street we can already shop at Mohito, Cropp and House shops. The new Sinsay store was officially opened on November 29. The Ergo Store team scope of work included furniture production as well as transport.
LPP group is our long-time, key customer, with whom we’re preparing a number of ongoing projects. In the last quarter of 2020 we had the pleasure to produce shops in Romania and Slovakia as well as the capital of Russia. We will keep you up to date about further projects.
