Bosnia and Herzegovina: Ergo Store has produced another Sinsay store in the retail park

Behind us is another production of the Sinsay store in the retail park this year and another one in the Balkans.

This time, we have prepared the store of the youngest brand in the LPP group in Bosanska Krupa – a small city with approx. 30 thousand. inhabitants, located in the northwestern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the Una river.

In this city the 3,500 sqm Elmont retail park has recently been built. It operates in the Pilana economic zone, where 15 companies operate on preferential terms. In recent years, Bosanska Krupa has experienced an industrial boom, and a large number of investments and new jobs have created a demand for a modern retail facility. The hallmarks of the Elmont retail park are, among others, a large parking lot, playground and games room for children, as well as a modernly equipped restaurant with a huge space and terrace.

The specificity of retail parks is, among others, limited offer of stores, therefore, for the Sinsay brand, opening new stores in this type of facilities may be an interesting prospect in terms of business. The expansion in retail parks is an element of the strategy of the fastest growing brand (in terms of the number of new stores opened) of the LPP group.

The area of ​​the new Sinsay store is 870 sq m, and the Ergo Store team was responsible for retail furniture production, transport and assembly, which we carried out on August 4-9, 2022 The store was opened on August 19.

It was our next production this year for the Sinsay brand in retail parks. Previously, we prepared such stores, among others in Serbia (Belgrade and Mladenovac) and Poland (Legnica, Knurów and Puławy).

It is also our next project in 2022 for the LPP group in the Balkans. Previously, we worked, among others in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Sarajevo, Croatia – Zagreb, as well as in smaller Bosnian cities, such as Gracanica or Zenica.

During many years of cooperation with LPP, we have also produced stores in countries such as Hungary, Germany, Finland, the Czech Republic, Romania and Bulgaria.
