Our cooperation with the LPP group expands to new countries. Behind us are the first productions for a Tri-City company in Bulgaria.
The location of the project is the newly opened Delta Planet shopping center in Varna. The center, whose construction consumed approx. EUR 120 million, is another investment of the Serbian company Delta Real Estate on the Bulgarian market. The GLA (Gross Leasable Area) in the new facility is 40,000. sq m, of which about 4,000 sq m was intended for entertainment offer. Among first retailers we can find our another client – the CCC group, as well as brands such as Pinko, Desigual, Ralph Lauren, Marco Polo and Mango.
The area of Cropp and House stores is around 800 sq m. Ergo Store team was responsible for retail furniture manufacturing, transport and assembly, which we carried out in March 2019. Both stores were launched together with the opening of the shopping center on 28 March, 2019.
The shops in Varna were our next foreign productions for the LPP group. By supporting the international expansion of our client, we have worked so far in such countries as Russia, Germany, Serbia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Bosnia Herzegovina, Hungary, as well as the United Arab Emirates. Stores in Varna were also our next project for the LPP group implemented in Delta Planet facilities. This year, in the center of the same chain in Banja Luka, we prepared five stores of the LPP group. They were the first shops of a Tri-City company in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We will inform you about further productions.
