A new store in the picturesque town of Donji Vakuf has joined the list of Ergo Store projects for Sinsay in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2025.
Located in the heart of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the town of Donji Vakuf (population 15,000) dates back to 1572. Its past is reflected in charming streets lined with traditional houses and local shops. Donji Vakuf also attracts visitors with restaurants serving Bosnian cuisine and lively markets offering local souvenirs and handicrafts.
Fans of shopping centres will also find something to enjoy. The town features a centre operated by the Bingo chain, present in ten Bosnian cities. Visitors can find a grocery supermarket, cafés and restaurants, as well as an information point. There is also a Refan store selling perfumes, watches and jewellery.
In mid-September, a 470-square-metre Sinsay store prepared by Ergo Store will open at Bingo. We produced a full range of furniture and fittings, including built-in and free-standing units, checkout zones and back-of-cash desks, fitting rooms and back-of-house equipment. Between 6 and 11 August 2025 we carried out the installation of the furniture we had produced.
Sinsay is currently the fastest-growing brand in the portfolio of our long-term client, the LPP Group, already present in 43 markets. In the past seven months alone, Sinsay has entered three new countries: Kosovo, Albania and Uzbekistan.
Ergo Store has been accompanying the Sinsay brand in its expansion continuously since 2013. This has resulted in numerous stores we have delivered in countries including the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Since 2022 we have been working particularly intensively in the Balkans, completing projects in countries such as Croatia, Serbia and Greece.

After a break, we have returned to Greece with a new project for the LPP Group. The result of our work is a Sinsay store produced in the city of Pyrgos. Our team was responsible for the complete fit-out of the store from A to Z – including retail furniture production, delivery, and assembly.

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
