Ergo Store has prepared Cropp store in Galeria Katowicka

The Cropp store in Galeria Katowicka, which opened at the end of May 2023, is another Ergo Store production for the LPP group this year.

Rearranging a stationary store – what to pay attention to?

The main challenge of this project was to carry out a thorough rearrangement of the store. As a result, the shop gained not only a new look, but also a larger area of 635 sqm. Our team was responsible for retail furniture manufacturing and assembly, which we carried out from May 8-15, 2023.

Rearranging a stationary store is an important process that can significantly affect the customer experience and sales efficiency. When preparing such a change, it is worth paying attention to several factors:

  1. Customer flow analysis: Based on your observations, it is worth optimizing the layout of the store so that it attracts customers to important zones and encourages them to buy.
  2. Product prominence: It’s worth highlighting the most popular products and placing them in strategic areas of the store, such as the entrance, the center or the areas around the checkout.
  3. Optimize layout and order: Placing similar product categories next to each other makes it easier for customers to navigate and find what they are looking for.
  4. Experience and interaction zones: Nowadays, customers increasingly appreciate the opportunity to interact with products before they buy, so consider creating dedicated zones where customers can touch, try or test products.
  5.  Lighting and interior design: as research shows, proper lighting has a huge impact on the perception of a store’s interior.

Preparing a Cropp store in a shopping mall

Connected to the railroad station, Galeria Katowicka is located in the very center of Katowice. It is one of the most popular shopping centers in Silesia, attracting the eye with its modern design.

The lease area in the gallery is nearly 48,000 sqm and includes more than 200 premises, restaurants and retail outlets, including such brands as Reserved, Mohito and House from the LPP group; Zara, Pull & Bear, Bershka from the Inditex group, as well as Peek & Cloppenburg, TK Maxx, C&A, and Flying Tiger Copenhagen. The mall also has a 10-screen Multikino with the most modern Xtreme theater in Poland.

The Cropp brand, owned by the LPP Group, is mainly aimed at young customers, offering trendy and affordable streetwear clothing that reflects the latest trends and lifestyles of the young generation.

The LPP group is our regular client, in our portfolio we have many productions for both the Cropp brand and the others in the group. Recently, we have prepared, among others, a new Cropp store in Bulgaria, Cropp and House stores in the Czech Republic, or one of the largest Sinsay stores we have produced in the city of Tesanj in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

To date, we have also carried out projects for LPP in countries such as Hungary, Germany, Finland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia and Croatia.
