Ergo Store has produced two more Sinsay stores in Belgrade

The Tri-City company LPP, has opened two new Sinsay stores in Belgrade, prepared by us. In total, we have already produced three stores of the brand in the Serbian capital in 2022.

Production of stationary stores of the Sinsay clothing brand

The first newly produced store can be found in the Aviv Park shopping center, located in the heart of the municipality of Zvezdara, which is an administrative part of the Serbian capital. The facility is owned by Aviv Arlon, a commercial real estate developer from Israel, which has been present on the Serbian market since 2007. Aviv Park is a medium-sized center, which includes a grocery supermarket, beauty stores (Lilly), cafes, a furniture and home decor store (JYSK), pharmacies, a gym, as well as sports (Head,@sport) and clothing (Takko) brands. However, the center’s offer in the latter category has so far been quite poor, so customers will certainly welcome the fact that the portfolio of stores will now be enriched by Sinsay, an LPP brand offering clothing for women, men and children, as well as home accessories.

The store, prepared by our team, is located on the second floor of the mall and covers 758 sqm. We were involved in the production of retail furniture, its transportation and assembly. We carried out the installation work on October 11-17, 2022, and the store opened on October 27.

The location of the second store is BEO shopping center, where the selection of clothing brands is much larger. Here you can buy the latest collections prepared by, among others, Reserved, Mohito, Cropp and House from the LPP group; Inditex group brands (Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarus), or such giants as Guess, H&M, Tom Tailor and s.Oliver. A distinctive feature of the mall is the open lobby, with a glass ceiling that illuminates the interior with natural light.

The Sinsay store we produced is located on the first floor and is adjacent to two other LPP brands (Reserved, Cropp), as well as the Peek&Cloppenburg store. We took care of the retail furniture manufacturing, transportation and assembly, which we carried out on October 24-30. The 861-square-meter store will be opened on November 10.

These were not the first Sinsay stores we prepared in Belgrade this year. In May we already worked in the AVA retail park, and throughout 2022 we also produced LPP stores in the capitals of other Balkan countries – Sarajevo  (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Zagreb (Croatia), as well as in smaller towns in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.

LPP is our regular client, for whom we have also carried out projects in countries such as Hungary, Germany, Finland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria and Poland.
