After the store in Heraklion produced at the beginning of 2023, it was time for our next project for the Sinsay brand in Greece.
The store in the charming city of Ioannina in the mountainous region of Epirus, in the northwestern part of the country, is the second Sinsay store in Greece and the second one produced by our company. The store is located in the Ioannina retail park, which was created as a result of the expansion of the areas around IKEA and Leroy Merlin stores. The commercial area of the buildings within the entire complex is as much as 26,500 square meters. The Sinsay store produced by us occupies 1667 square meters – it is one of the largest stores of this brand that we had the pleasure to produce. Our team was responsible for retail furniture manufacturing and its delivery. The store was officially opened on September 29, 2023.
The new Sinsay store attracts customers with its space and clear layout. Display furniture has been designed in such a way that the customer has the freedom to view the products. The store’s assortment has been thematically divided, taking into account sections dedicated to women, men, children, and home products.
Southwestern Europe is currently a strategic direction for the LPP Group’s expansion, as evidenced by new stores not only in Greece but also in Italy.
For over two years, the LPP Group has been actively developing its retail chain in the Balkans, resulting in the opening of new stores in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia – some of which were produced by our company.
LPP is our regular client, for whom over the years we have also worked in countries such as Hungary, Germany, Romania, Finland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Poland.
