Ergo Store prepared new shops for LPP group in popular retail parks in Poland

Modlniczka, located on the suburbs of Kraków, and Bytom are the two locations where we can find new Sinsay shops produced by Ergo Store team.

To this day, Sinsay has been associated primarily with apparel for younger clientele. Recently, it has transformed itself from a typically teen brand to a shop for all family members. It offers not only clothes, but also home decor products. The latter is a part of the brand’s extended offer, available only in selected Sinsay shops. The home decor products are also available in Modlniczka and Bytom.

Both shops produced by our team were prepared according to the prevailing concept, based on bright colours and spatial interior. The productions discussed in this blog post share in common one more thing: the characteristics of the facilities they are located in. Both are retail parks, situated in a convenient distance from the urban agglomeration and can be easily reached by bus or car.

The Sinsay shop in Futura Park, situated in Modlniczka and bordering with Kraków is one of the biggest stores of this brand – it is 1583 square metres. It offers apparel for adults as well as children (Fox & Bunny brand) and a selection of home decoration products.

The scope of Ergo Store work included retail furniture production, transport and assembly. The last stage took place between 7 and 17 January 2021. The shop was officially opened on February 3. It can be found on the ground floor, near Biedronka market.

The second production took place in Szombierki shopping centre at Zabrzańska 9a street in Bytom. It is the brand’s second shop in Bytom and one of the biggest in Silesia region. The shop covers an area of 1189 square metres. Similarly to the production in Futura Park, the scope of our work included retail furniture production, transport and assembly. The assembly works took place between 18 and 25 January 2021, and the shop was opened to its first clients on February 13.

We would like to take advantage of the opportunity to mention that according to the annual report 2020, Sinsay is the second largest brand from LPP group’s portfolio in terms of number of shops. Despite the pandemic and global economic recession, Sinsay has considerably developed over the last years.
