The last months have been a time of intensive work in the Balkans, where we have been preparing new stores for the LPP group. After projects in Croatia and Bosnia Herzegovina, it’s time for Serbia. In the capital of the country, Belgrade, we produced a new Sinsay store.
Our team worked in the AVA Shopping Park, located in the south-western suburbs of the Serbian capital, approx. 10 km from the center. The park is located in the immediate vicinity of the IKEA store, which is also the main investor in the retail park – the Swedish company allocated EUR 50 million for the construction of the facility. The park, which was opened on May 26, 2022, covers an area of 30 thousand square meters and offers products of popular fashion and sports brands, such as Converse, Adidas, Puma, Nike, LC Waikiki and Lacoste.
Since its opening, AVA Shopping Park clients can also shop at Sinsay. The area of the shop is 989 sq m, and the Ergo Store team was responsible for retail furniture manufacturing, transport and assembly, which we carried out on May 3-9, 2022
Sinsay is a brand from the LPP group’s portfolio, which currently boasts the largest increase in retail space. Many new Sinsay stores are being opened in retail parks, which are becoming more and more popular at the expense of large malls. Rental prices in retail parks are lower than in shopping malls in city centers, which is an additional incentive for brand owners to open stores.
Recently, we had the pleasure to produce several Sinsay stores in retail parks in smaller Polish cities such as Legnica, Knurów or Puławy. We also often traveled to the Balkans, preparing new Sinsay stores, including in the capital of Croatia, Zagreb, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Sarajevo, as well as in Bosnian cities such as Gracanica, Zenica and Cazin.
Our cooperation with the LPP group has been going on for years. During this time, we prepared stores of all brands of the group in various types of commercial facilities – both in shopping malls and retail parks, as well as on shopping streets in countries such as Germany, Hungary, Finland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Poland.

Smart retail furniture and equipment combine new technologies with traditional display forms. Advanced solutions, such as motion sensors, touch screens, and RFID systems, enable interaction with customers and collect data about their shopping preferences.
