The Sinsay store we produced in Aleksandrovac, Serbia, is one of the first Ergo Store projects dated 2024.
The store has an unusual location – it is situated on the grounds of a former factory, on the ruins of which the Zupljanka shopping center was built. Our team was responsible for retail furniture production, transportation, and assembly, which we conducted from January 7th to 12th, 2024. A significant challenge in this project was coordinating furniture transportation during the accumulation of holidays both in Poland (Three Kings’ Day) and in Serbia (Orthodox Christmas). However, ultimately, the furniture and equipment were delivered on time, allowing the store to open as planned on January 25th, 2024.
The store area covers 800 square meters – customers will find clothing for women, men, and children, as well as home accessories.
Sinsay is a brand in the portfolio of the Tricity-based company LPP, which debuted in 2013 by opening its first salons in major cities in Poland, and soon also in the Czech Republic and Lithuania.
After over ten years, thanks to dynamic development, Sinsay has become the second pillar of LPP next to Reserved. The most affordable brand in the company’s portfolio, once exclusively targeted at teenagers, has become a place for family shopping, and its brick-and-mortar stores are now present in 19 markets. The positive reception of the Sinsay offer helps the LPP group achieve its business goals despite the unstable market and geopolitical situation.
Southern Europe is currently one of the main expansion directions for the LPP group. Therefore, the years 2002 and 2023 were periods of intense work for the Tricity-based company in the Balkans. During this time, we were preparing new Sinsay stores and other LPP brands in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia.
Over the years, we have also carried out projects for the LPP group in countries such as Hungary, Germany, Romania, Finland, Greece, Bulgaria, and Poland.

Smart retail furniture and equipment combine new technologies with traditional display forms. Advanced solutions, such as motion sensors, touch screens, and RFID systems, enable interaction with customers and collect data about their shopping preferences.
