For the German brand More & More, present on the market since 1982, the brick-and-mortar store is a key touchpoint for building relationships with its target audience. The “modern woman” is a confident customer who values both aesthetics and functionality. At Ergo Store, we have been producing More & More stores across Europe for many years, actively participating in the evolution of the brand’s retail concept.
The brand’s philosophy is based on creating elegant yet accessible retail spaces. A key element of the store layout is the “Coordinates” concept, which promotes ready-made outfit combinations and simplifies the customer’s decision-making process. With as many as 12 collections launched each year, the furniture systems used in More & More stores must offer exceptional flexibility to accommodate high product turnover.
Our long-term cooperation with More & More allows us to observe the evolution of trends in the brand’s store design and fittings.
Before 2020, the dominant elements were bold black MDF panels, black powder-coated steel, and walls with distinctive white-and-grey stripes. In 2023–2024, the concept shifted towards light, neutral tones and subtle luxury. The new standard features steel structures finished with a transparent gold lacquer, which lends the interiors a sense of lightness and positions the brand more clearly in the premium segment.
Since the beginning of our cooperation, we have delivered four retail formats for More & More:
The most common format, delivered by us in hundreds of projects across countries such as Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, often within department store chains like Karstadt or Modepark Röther.
These function as “style laboratories.” In 2018, Ergo Store produced a More & More showroom in Helsinki. In subsequent years, we also completed showroom projects in cities such as Frankfurt and Hamburg.
A format in which the brand has full control over the customer journey. We have delivered monobrand More & More stores, including locations in Graz and the flagship store in Frankfurt.
An important element of the brand’s strategy for managing stock surpluses and end-of-line collections. This format features a simplified design and large floor space (up to 200 sqm), allowing for the presentation of a high volume of products while maintaining clarity. Among our recent projects is the More & More outlet in Ochtrup, Germany.
In the More & More store concept, carefully selected materials play a crucial role in communicating quality and modernity. Within the current concept, the brand uses the following materials:
Structural elements are coated with a custom colour blend that creates the effect of a transparent gold finish. This choice is deliberate—matte, transparent gold is associated with the elegance of “understated luxury,” which is embedded in the brand’s DNA.
Horizontal and vertical furniture surfaces are finished with high-quality laminates in shades of grey, ensuring high resistance to mechanical damage.
Oak veneer is used to offset the coolness of steel and laminates, introducing natural warmth and authenticity into the interior.
Light, neutral wall and ceiling colours create a calm backdrop that allows the colourful More & More collections to stand out.
The use of these materials aligns with the broader trend of simplifying the retail landscape, where reducing visual noise helps customers focus more clearly on the product.
More & More consistently demonstrates that success in physical retail depends on continuous adaptation while remaining true to its core value: high quality accessible to every woman.
In 2026, we will continue to deliver new projects for More & More, which we will be sharing on our blog in the near future.

2026 will belong to projects that reject superficial opulence in favor of deep, sensory-driven aesthetics. This is the era of curated calm, where every interior element - from the texture of the counter to the angle of the light-serves to build an emotional connection with the customer.

At the end of 2025, we completed another production for the Sinsay brand in Poland. In the tourist town of Krościenko nad Dunajcem. We were responsible for the entire store preparation process: from furniture production, through delivery, to on-site installation.
