Sinsay and Cropp are brands in the LPP portfolio, aimed at younger consumers who appreciate comfortable and fashionable clothing. The demand for Sinsay and Cropp products is noticeable also on the foreign market. New stores are already being built not only in well-known and touristic areas, but also in smaller cities.
We have recently completed two new stores – Cropp and Sinsay – in the Croatian town of Vinkovci with a population of about 30,000, more than 80% of whom are Croats. Vinkovci has been continuously inhabited for more than 8,000 years. It is one of the oldest towns in Europe, as evidenced by the oldest calendar found in Europe, dating back to the time of the Stonehenge stone circle.
Cropp and Sinsay stores are located in the newly opened Stop Shop retail park. The official opening of the center is scheduled for April 27, 2023. Stop Shop is a popular chain of retail parks that can be found in many countries including Poland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Serbia and Slovakia.
The Sinsay store is 935 sqm, Cropp is smaller at 502 sqm. In both cases, we were responsible for retail furniture production, transportation and installation. The work lasted from 14 to 21 March, and the shops began operations with the opening of the retail park. These are the first stores of these brands to open in Vinkovci city. The Sinsay and Cropp stores were prepared according to current interior concepts, characterized by bright colors, industrial and minimalist style.
Only recently for LPP group we have produced, among others, House and Cropp stores in the Czech Republic, a Sinsay store in Serbia, Cropp and House stores in Bosnia and Herzegovina or four Sinsay stores also in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Over the years, while conducting projects for the Tricity-based company, we also visited such countries as Hungary, Germany, Romania, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Greece and Bulgaria.
