Knurów and Puławy: another productions for the LPP group in Poland

After the Sinsay store prepared in Legnica, it’s time for new Polish productions for the LPP group. This time we have prepared a Sinsay shop in Knurów as well as Sinsay, Cropp and House stores in Puławy.

All stores are located in retail parks. A characteristic feature of these facilities is a simple, one-story layout without a common area, which means that individual stores can be entered directly from the parking lot. Retail parks are usually located on the outskirts of cities and are composed of medium or large-sized shops. Over the last 10 years, the number of retail parks in Poland has doubled, and the largest number of such facilities are currently being built in regional and medium-sized cities.

Production of a Sinsay store in retail park

An example of such a facility is DL Shopping Center in Knurów – medium-sized city, with 36 thousand. inhabitants, located several kilometers from Katowice. The following brands run their shops in the park: Media Expert, Rossmann, Pepco, Neonet and Martes Sport. There is also the only McDonald’s restaurant in the city in the immediate vicinity. After the recent expansion, the retail park will include more stores, such as a Sinsay shop with an area of ​​995 sq m. The Ergo Store team was responsible for retail furniture manufacturing, transport and assembly. The store was opened on April 28 with the completion of the retail park development.

Let us remind you that Sinsay is currently the fastest-growing brand from the LPP group, which in its strategy assumes expansion also in smaller cities and outside large shopping centers.

Preparation and equipment of LPP stores

Another retail park in which we have prepared stores for LPP group was opened at the end of April 2022. It was “Karuzela” in Puławy – a city in the Lubelskie Voivodeship with 46 thousand inhabitants. For 14 thousand. square metres of space, we will find over 20 stores. In addition to the LPP group shops, there are also brands such as Diverse, CCC, Martes Sport or Jysk. The HalfPrice store is also noteworthy, as it offers products from well-known premium brands at reduced prices.

Among our production, the Sinsay store has the largest area – 1,293 sq m. A large area is one of the assumptions of the brand’s interior concept, which allows you to display well the clothes and home accessories for young families. On the other hand, House and Cropp are mainly addressed to young customers, and their stores are smaller. In Puławy they amount to 583 and 603 sq m, respectively. For all three brands, we were responsible for retail furniture manifacturing, transport and assembly, which we carried out in the first half of April 2022. The stores were opened with the launch of the retail park on April 28.

We have been successfully cooperating with the LPP group for years, producing stores not only in Poland, but also in Hungary, Germany, Finland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Croatia and Serbia.
