Another productions for our regular client are behind us. This time we worked, among others, in Estonia and Romania.
The project in the capital of Estonia is a monobrand store located in the Kristiine Shopping Center. It is one of the biggest shopping centers in the country in terms of the number of stores – on the area of 43.7 thousand. sq m there are about 170 of them, 100 of which are clothing stores. Our client – the LPP group runs here the stores of four of its brands – Reserved, Cropp, House and Sinsay. Clients can buy here clothes of such producers as H&M, New Yorker, Orsay and Terranova.
The Levi’s store is located on the second floor of the Kristiine Shopping Center. Our team was responsible for retail furniture manufacturing, for which we used materials such as wood, plywood, steel and glass. It is worth noting that the shops signed with the Levi’s brand must meet numerous ecological and sustainable development standards and the materials should have appropriate ecological certificates.
Recently, we have also manufactured furniture for the new Levi’s store in the Romanian capital, Bucharest. It is also a monobrand store located in the AFI Controceni shopping center. The customers can visit here over 300 shops and service points, including Reserved, Mohito and Sinsay stores , which all are brands from our client’s portfolio, the LPP group. Other clothing brands that we can find in this place include Bershka, Pull & Bear and ZARA from the Inditex group, as well as H&M, Tommy Hilfiger, Orsay, New Yorker or C&A.
It is worth mentioning that our cooperation with the Levi’s brand also includes the production of stores in Poland. A new store prepared by us was opened on August 9 in the Factory Outlet center in Lubon near Poznan. Our team was responsible for retail furniture manufacturing, transport and assembly.
Our company has been cooperating with the legendary producer of jeans for years. So far, we have produced for it stores in such countries as Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Romania, Hungary, Ukraine, Croatia, Greece, Serbia and Poland. Among recent projects carried out in Western Europe, it is worth mentioning the shops prepared in such cities as Stuttgart (Germany), Rosny (France) and Girona (Spain). Soon on our blog we will inform about the details of these projects.

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
