New Ergo Store production for More & More brand in Germany

Once again we has been working for More & More fashion brand on the implementation of a new retail space. This time we produced a SIS shop in Germany. This is our another project in this country.

What is SIS (shop-in-shop)?

SIS or shop-in-shop is a concept of trade, where the owner of a brand or store occupies some part of the space in another enterpreneur’s store. This retail model was first introduced in USA. It came to Europe a little later, but its popularity is constantly growing. And this is because such a solution brings a lot of benefits for both. First of all, the rental costs are divided on each tenant, the possibility of selling increases, and the brand is more attractive. A wide range of products in one place is a huge advantage.

New shop for More & More is located in the Dodenhof Shopping Centre at 12 Hintzendorf-Mitteldirf street in the German city Ottersberg. The department store has existed for over hundred years. Its history began with a small grovery store established in 1910, and now it is the largest shopping center in northern Germany. It has 120,000 sqm. The commercial facility is owned by the fourth generation of the Dodenhof family. There you will find stores of such brands as: Nike, Adidas, MAC, Hugo Boss, s. Oliver, Esprit, Tommy Hilfiger and many others.

Shop More & More produced by Ergo Store has an area of 67 sqm. This is very large retail space for a shop-in-shop model. The scope of Ergo Store work included retail furniture manufacturing, transport and assembly. We have been working on the implementation of the store until August 10. The offical opening took place the same month.

We have been cooperating with More & More for a long time, preparing projects both in Europe and Middle East. From the recent production of SIS stores, it is worth mentioning among others shop-in-shops like in Switzerland and Belgium or a series of shops in Germany.
