The Sinsay stores in retail parks in Świdnica and Zamienie mark the latest completed projects by Ergo Store for the LPP group in Poland.
The growing popularity of retail parks has been a noticeable trend for several years. This format’s increasing importance stems, among other factors, from shifting shopping preferences—customers increasingly favor convenient and quick shopping experiences. Retail parks, often located on the outskirts of major cities or in smaller towns, provide easy access and abundant parking, facilitating efficient and comfortable shopping.
Sinsay, a brand under the LPP group, recognizes retail parks as a key component of its expansion strategy. Another important element of this strategy is opening stores in smaller towns. Zamienie and Świdnica are textbook examples of such locations.
Świdnica, a county-level town in Lower Silesia with around 55,000 residents, now boasts the newly constructed S1 Retail Park. Offering nearly 11,000 square meters of modern retail space, it houses over 20 retail and service points. Tenants include brands such as CCC, Deichmann, Rossmann, Maxi Zoo, and Action (a non-food discount chain). Fashion brands are also well-represented, with Sinsay among them.
The 629-square-meter Sinsay store was produced by Ergo Store. We manufactured retail furniture and fixtures, including freestanding units, wall-mounted displays, shopping zone furnishings, and fitting room equipment. We also outfitted the checkout area.
From November 13 to 20, 2024, we installed the furniture and equipment we produced. The store officially opened on November 29.
The project in Zamienie, located in the Mazowieckie province, involved a similar scope of work. The Sinsay store here covers 550 square meters. Installation work was conducted between November 20 and December 2, 2024, and the store opened to the public on December 9.
The stores in Zamienie and Świdnica are part of Ergo Store’s ongoing collaboration with the LPP group in Poland in 2024. Earlier projects also included work in retail parks. Examples include:
Other notable LPP projects in Poland in 2024 include the production of a Sinsay store in Wrocław and the modernization of a Reserved store in Czechowice-Dziedzice.
The Tricity-based company has been a longstanding client. Over many years of collaboration, we have completed projects for LPP in various countries, including the United Kingdom, Hungary, Germany, Romania, Finland, Greece, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia.
