Store production in Bosnia and Herzegovina has become our specialty. This time we worked in the city of Zenica, where we prepared a new Sinsay store for the LPP Group.
This is another Sinsay store we have prepared in Zenica. We previously worked in this city – located in the central part of the country on the Bosna River – in 2022, producing a store for the Dženanović Shopping Center. Our 2025 production was located in the newly built Belamionix shopping center in Zenica. Belamionix is a Bosnian retail chain already operating in cities such as Srebrenik, Tuzla, and Lukavac. Sinsay stores manufactured by our company are already up and running in Belamionix centers in those locations.
For the new store in Zenica, we delivered Sinsay’s standard set of furniture and equipment, including built-in and free-standing fixtures, checkout zones and back-of-counter furniture, fitting rooms, and home accessories.
We transported the retail furniture from our warehouse in Krakow to Zenica, and between September 11 and 15, 2025, we carried out the installation. The 625 m² store opened on September 25.
Sinsay stores are characterized by modern, spacious, and bright interiors in muted colors, as well as clearly defined shopping zones for women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing, along with home accessories.
The store at the Belamionix Shopping Center is another Sinsay location we have prepared in Zenica and yet another in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Since 2022 we have been working intensively in the Balkans, delivering Sinsay stores not only in Bosnia but also in countries such as Serbia, Croatia, and Greece.
In these countries we have also built stores for other brands from our long-standing client LPP’s portfolio – including Reserved, Mohito, House, and Cropp. Over the years we have carried out projects for the Tri-City-based company across almost all of Europe, including the United Kingdom, Hungary, Germany, Romania, Finland, Bulgaria, and Poland.

After a break, we have returned to Greece with a new project for the LPP Group. The result of our work is a Sinsay store produced in the city of Pyrgos. Our team was responsible for the complete fit-out of the store from A to Z – including retail furniture production, delivery, and assembly.

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
