Three new Sinsay stores in Bosnia and Herzegovina – another chapter in the Ergo Store-LPP cooperation in the Balkans

The end of 2025 brought further Ergo Store projects in South-Eastern Europe. For our long-standing client, the LPP Group, we produced three Sinsay stores in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This time, the new retail locations were completed in Šamac, Prozor-Rama, and Maglaj.

Sinsay store in Šamac – store fit-out at Frukta Trade shopping center

The first project was the store in Šamac, a town of approximately 5,000 residents in northern Bosnia. The 570 sq m store is located in the Frukta Trade shopping center, with Ergo Store responsible for the full scope of works: from retail furniture production, through secure transportation, to on-site assembly.

Installation works in Šamac were completed on November 25, 2025, enabling store stocking and opening to customers on December 4, 2025. The interior was designed in line with the brand concept well known to our team, characterized by a bright color palette and a clear division into women’s, men’s, children’s, and the increasingly popular “Home” section.

December Sinsay store productions: Prozor-Rama and Maglaj

In December 2025, we simultaneously executed two further Sinsay store projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In Prozor-Rama, we produced a 560 sq m store located in the Rama City Center shopping mall.

The next location was Maglaj, one of the oldest cities in Bosnia, with a history dating back to the 14th century. The town is known for its charming old town, mosques, and medieval fortress. Here, our team fitted out a 559 sq m store in the Wisa TC shopping center.

In both locations, Ergo Store’s scope included the production, delivery, and installation of furniture. The project schedules were identical: installation works were completed on December 9, 2025, and the stores welcomed their first customers on December 18, 2025—just ahead of the peak holiday shopping season.

Fit-out standards and interior characteristics of Sinsay stores

For all three locations, we produced the standard set of Sinsay furniture and store equipment, including:

• modular wall systems and functional freestanding frames,
  
• display tables and accessory furniture,
  
• fully equipped checkout areas,
  
• comfortable fitting rooms,
• back-of-house and storage area furnishings.

Sinsay store interiors are defined by a minimalist aesthetic. White and light shades of gray dominate, providing a neutral backdrop for the brand’s colorful clothing collections and home accessories. The ergonomic furniture layout enables intuitive customer flow, even during periods of high foot traffic.

Ergo Store and the LPP Group – cooperation in the Balkans

The projects in Šamac, Prozor-Rama, and Maglaj represent another result of our strong and ongoing presence in Bosnia and Herzegovina and across the Balkans. In 2025 alone, we delivered Sinsay stores in locations such as Kozarska Dubica, Prnjavor, Živinice, Bijeljina, and Ključ, as well as projects in Banja Luka and Goražde.

The Balkans have remained a highly active region for cooperation between Ergo Store and the LPP Group since 2022. In addition to Bosnia and Herzegovina, we regularly carry out projects for Reserved, Mohito, House, Cropp, and Sinsay in countries including Serbia, Croatia, and Greece.

For the LPP Group, we have also completed projects in Germany, the United Kingdom, Finland, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Poland.
