Another Sinsay store in Banja Luka: a new Ergo Store production in Bosnia and Herzegovina

At the end of 2025, we completed another project for the LPP Group in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Once again, the location was Banja Luka, where we produced a new Sinsay store.

Production of a stationary Sinsay store in Banja Luka

Banja Luka is the second-largest city in Bosnia and Herzegovina and an important economic, cultural, and academic center. The newly opened Sinsay store is located at 2a Despota Stefana Lazarevića Street.

The 550 m² store was prepared to offer customers the brand’s full assortment in comfortable conditions. The space includes women’s, men’s, and children’s fashion departments, as well as a “Home” zone with interior accessories.

Scope of Ergo Store’s work and interior characteristics

The Ergo Store team was responsible for the production of retail furniture, as well as its delivery and installation. We manufactured the standard set of furnishings typical for the Sinsay brand, including wall units, freestanding furniture, checkout zone fixtures and back-counter units, and fitting room furniture.

The clear layout of the store zones supports intuitive navigation, which is particularly important given the brand’s target audience – young families. Sinsay stores are characterized by bright, neutral colors and natural materials.

Sinsay store production – project timeline

The installation of furniture in the new Banja Luka store took place from December 11–16, 2025. Thanks to the experience of our logistics and installation teams, the work proceeded according to schedule, enabling the store to open to customers on December 25, 2025. Although in Catholic countries such as Poland this date is associated with Christmas Day and widespread retail closures, the situation in Banja Luka is different. The city is located in Republika Srpska, where Eastern Orthodoxy is the predominant religion. As a result, December 25 is a regular business day, and all stores and shopping centers operate according to their standard hours.

Ergo Store and the LPP Group in the Balkans

Ergo Store’s intensive cooperation with the LPP Group in the Balkans has continued uninterrupted since 2022. In Banja Luka alone, we previously delivered a large, two-level store in the Centar shopping mall (1,550 m²), as well as a store in the Emporium shopping center.

In 2025 alone, we produced Sinsay stores across Bosnia and Herzegovina, including locations such as Živinice, Bijeljina, Ključ, Kozarska Dubica, and Prnjavor.

Our portfolio also includes projects for LPP’s other brands – Reserved, Mohito, House, and Cropp – in other Balkan countries such as Serbia, Croatia, and Greece.

LPP, a company headquartered in the Tri-City area of Poland, is our long-standing client. We have also worked together in other European markets, including Hungary, Germany, Finland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, the United Kingdom, and Poland.

Retail design in 2026: a world of the senses and technology

2026 will belong to projects that reject superficial opulence in favor of deep, sensory-driven aesthetics. This is the era of curated calm, where every interior element - from the texture of the counter to the angle of the light-serves to build an emotional connection with the customer.
