2023 was another year of intensive work for the LPP Group in the Balkans. One of our many projects in this region was the Sinsay store, which we produced in the town of Zvornik, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Zvornik is located in the Republic of Srpska in Bosnia, along the Drina River. The main road connecting Sarajevo to Belgrade passes through this small town. The retail park Zvornik City Park was opened on December 7, 2023, and one of the stores that commenced operations on the opening day was the Sinsay store. The crowds present at the opening are a testament to the growing popularity of the Polish brand in Bosnia.
The store covers an area of 828 square meters, and our company was responsible for retail furniture manufacturing and the installation, which took place from November 24 to November 30, 2023.
We prepared the store according to the well-known brand concept, which we have been following since 2018 when we started producing Sinsay stores. Characteristic elements of the concept include bright colours, neutral tones, and minimalism.
Let’s recall that the Sinsay brand is the second pillar of the LPP company, next to Reserved. A few years ago, the brand underwent rebranding, shifting its target audience from teenagers to young families, accompanied by a refresh of the store interior concept. The rebranding coincided with the international expansion of the brand, including the Balkans and southern Europe.
The years 2022 and 2023 were a period of intense work for our company in the Balkans for the LPP Group. During this time, we prepared new Sinsay and other tricity brand stores in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia.
Over the years, we have also carried out projects for the LPP Group in countries such as Hungary, Germany, Romania, Finland, Greece, Bulgaria and Poland.

After a break, we have returned to Greece with a new project for the LPP Group. The result of our work is a Sinsay store produced in the city of Pyrgos. Our team was responsible for the complete fit-out of the store from A to Z – including retail furniture production, delivery, and assembly.

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
