We have completed another production in the Balkans for the LPP group. This time it was a Sinsay store, which we prepared in the town of Sanski Most, in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The expansion of the Gdansk-based company in the Balkans began in 2007 with a debut in Romania. A year later, LPP opened its first store in Bulgaria. Currently, this part of Europe is one of the key areas in terms of the development of the Polish company’s chain. LPP aims to strengthen the market position of all its brands in Southeastern Europe, with special emphasis on Sinsay.
We have been working for the LPP group for years, almost throughout Europe, and we have conducted projects in the Balkans with increased frequency in 2022 and 2023. The result is new stores in Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as Greece and Romania.
In June 2023, a new Sinsay store was added to the list of Balkan projects, which we prepared in the Bosnian town of Sanski Most, which had a population of 41,000 in 2013.
The Sinsay store is located in the TC Plaza shopping center, which opened on June 29, 2023. On the day of the inauguration, alongside Sinsay, other brands – both chain (LC Waikiki) and local (Sydera Stor) – also launched their retail outlets.
The area of the new Sinsay store is 837 m2, and our team was responsible for retail furniture production, transportation, and assembly, which we conducted in mid-June.
We prepared the Sinsay store according to the brand’s latest interior concept, which involves creating a modern and bright space dominated by white and gray.
We had the opportunity to implement this concept for the first time in 2018, when we prepared the Sinsay store in the Janki Shopping Center near Warsaw. Since then, we have produced many stores for this brand, not only in the aforementioned Balkan countries, but also in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland.

After a break, we have returned to Greece with a new project for the LPP Group. The result of our work is a Sinsay store produced in the city of Pyrgos. Our team was responsible for the complete fit-out of the store from A to Z – including retail furniture production, delivery, and assembly.

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
