Production of another Sinsay store in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Bosnia and Herzegovina has recently been a location that appears very often on the map of our projects for LPP. This time was no different, at the end of 2022 we produced a Sinsay store in the city of Brčko.

Ergo Store has prepared a new LPP store in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The most important issue when planning a new point of sale is the location. In case of  so-called “chain shops” it is not accidental, its choice is dictated by the analysis of the nearby environment – e.g. how many inhabitants does the city have, is it a tourist city, are there shops nearby with a similar assortment, what is the demand of consumers from the nearest area, etc.

The new Sinsay store is located in the city of Brčko in the City Park Brcko retail park. It is a huge facility where you will find shops of various well-known brands (mainly “chains”), i.e. Deichmann, New Yorker, DeFacto and many others. Retail parks are known for accumulating shops with various assortment in one place. For this reason, they are frequently visited by consumers.

Brčko is a city located in northern Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is a center of industry and trade. Brčko, formally part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is in fact a state within a state. Brčko District is officially part of Republika Srpska and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but the authorities of these territories do not exercise control over it. The population composition is 40% Serbs, 39% Bosniaks and 20% Croats.

There is only one Sinsay store in Brčko, time will tell if it will appeal to local customers.

What does the preparation of a stationary store look like?

The Sinsay brand has one set of guidelines for the appearance of a stationary store – e.g concept. The point of sale of a retail brand chain must look the same all over the world – the customer should feel comfortable and know the layout of the store wherever it is located. It is supposed to recognize the store from a distance and when entering it, does not have to waste time on orientation in space and learning new shopping behaviors. In addition, a brick-and-mortar store is a brand showcase that should be consistent with its image.

The new Sinsay store in Bosnia and Herzegovina has been prepared according to a standard look – minimalism, whiteness, LED lighting and modern display furniture reign there. The store has as much as 1,253 sqm of space. Ergo Store’s scope of work included the production of equipment, transport and assembly. The works lasted from October 24 to October 30, 2022, and the official opening took place on December 8, 2022.

Stationary stores are the future of trade

As we can read in many reports, large brands plan to increase the number of their brick-and-mortar stores around the world. You can also observe this tendency reading our articles on cooperation with the Polish giant LPP. Together, we are implementing more and more new retail stores in Poland and abroad.

Recently, we have completed a Cropp and House and four Sinsay stores in Bosnia and Herzegovina, two new Sinsay stores in Belgrade and other shops, about which you can read more on our blog. We invite you to cooperate!
