Behind us are the three productions for the American brand Dockers in the largest cities in Spain.
The common element of all projects is that they are outlets. These are stores offering clothing that, for various reasons, has not found its buyers in the so-called primary store. What distinguishes outlets from other stores is the price and quality. We can buy a very high quality product at an attractive price.
Two new stores are located in Madrid, one in DFO San Sebastián de los Reyes and the other in DFO Getafe. Madrid is the capital and largest city in Spain, located in the center of the country. It is the second largest city in the European Union (after Berlin) and the second largest urban area in the EU (after Paris). It is the main financial and business center in Spain.
The outlet we prepared at DFO San Sebastián occupies 115 sq m, while the one at DFO Getafe is slightly smaller and occupies 93 sq m. In both cases, our team was responsible for furniture production, transport and assembly. Production of the first shop lasted from September 26 to 27, 2022 and it was opened on September 29. Assembly works in the second store lasted from November 14 to 15, 2022 and the shop was opened on November 17.
All projects are located in a commercial network offering mainly “outlet” products – The Style Outlets, operating in five countries – in Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, France and Italy.
The shop in Barcelona is also an outlet and located in DFO Viladecans in Barcelona, which is a part of The Style Outlets. It covers an area of 122 square meters. In this case, our team was also responsible for furniture production, transport and assembly. The works lasted from September 22 to 23, 2022, the store opened on September 24.
All three new Dockers stores have been designed in accordance with the new “California Cool” concept, which creates a fresh and accessible environment. The latest projects use natural and ecological materials, brighter colors. Insatiable, large wall graphics inspired by sunny California replaced a more conventional palette of materials and colors.
We have been constantly working with the Dockers brand for years. We prepared for example shops in France, including Paris or several shops in Barcelona.
