The capital and largest city of Serbia is a frequent location for our projects for the LPP Group. This time, our team worked on preparing a Sinsay store in a shopping center in the Mirijevo district.
The Mirijevo Shopping Center consists of two separate buildings, one of which houses a Maxi supermarket. The other building features clothing stores (including G-Star), sports shops, and handicraft stores, as well as a currency exchange, a post office, a real estate agency, a travel agency, and an accounting office.
Since July 30, 2025, visitors to the Mirijevo Shopping Center have been able to shop at the Sinsay store produced by Ergo Store.
The store has a floor area of 506 m² and, like every retail location of the fastest-growing brand in the LPP group’s portfolio, includes sections with women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing, as well as home accessories.
The Ergo Store team handled the production of the retail furniture, its transportation, and installation, which we completed on July 20.
We delivered a standard set of furniture and fittings, including built-in and free-standing units, cash desk areas and back-of-cash counters, fitting rooms, and backroom equipment.
The store in the Mirijevo district is yet another Ergo Store project for Sinsay in Belgrade. In 2022 alone, we prepared three stores for this brand in the Serbian capital – at AVA Shopping Park, as well as in the Aviv Park and BEO shopping centers.
Since 2022, we have been working intensively for our long-term client – the LPP Group – not only in Serbia but also in other Balkan countries. As a result, we have produced more stores for all the brands in the Tri-City-based company’s portfolio in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Greece.
Over the years, we have carried out projects for the LPP Group across almost all of Europe, including the United Kingdom, Hungary, Germany, Romania, Finland, Bulgaria, and Poland.
