How was the production process of the Sinsay store in Živinice (Bosnia and Herzegovina)?

Following earlier projects in Bijeljina and the town of Ključ, the summer of 2025 brought another Ergo Store production for the Sinsay brand in Bosnia and Herzegovina — a store in Živinice. Here’s how the production process unfolded.

Stages of producing a Sinsay brick-and-mortar store

The starting point in every store production process is the store design — it forms the foundation for all further steps, from preparing retail furniture and fixtures to final installation.

Sinsay store interiors stand out thanks to their use of light, subdued color palettes that serve as a subtle backdrop, highlighting clothing and accessory collections. The spaces are modern yet flexible — adapted to both the specifics of each location and customer expectations. Sinsay stores often reach areas of up to 1,000 m², allowing for the creation of spacious and comfortable shopping zones.

Thanks to our many years of production experience, the interior design soon took tangible shape. We manufactured a full set of retail furniture: built-in and freestanding units, checkout counters and back counters, fitting rooms, and fixtures for the store’s back office.

Next, we transported the furniture to the site — with the help of our professional logistics team, experienced in organizing shipments to destinations not only across Europe but also in Asia and the Middle East.

Finally came the installation stage, which we completed on July 16, 2025. Ten days later, the fully equipped and stocked 506 m² Sinsay store in the Bingo shopping center in Živinice opened its doors to customers.

Ergo Store projects for the Sinsay brand in 2025 — a recap

The Živinice location is another project we completed for the Sinsay brand in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2025. Over the summer, we prepared stores in Ključ and Bijeljina, and a few months earlier, four stores in Banja Luka, Goražde, Foča, and Kiseljak.

The Balkans have been an active direction of our productions for the LPP Group continuously since 2022. As a result, we have systematically delivered new Sinsay stores in countries such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, and Greece.

In these markets, we have also produced stores for other brands from the Tri-City-based company’s portfolio — Reserved, Mohito, House, and Cropp.

Over the years, we have carried out projects for the LPP Group in nearly all of Europe, including the United Kingdom, Hungary, Germany, Romania, Finland, Bulgaria, and Poland.
