Our ongoing collaboration with the More & More brand has resulted in new projects on its home market. All shops we have prepared in Germany operate in a shop-in-shop format.
The shop-in-shop format, in which a brand utilizes retail space owned by another retailer, allows More & More to position its products in large stores, thus increasing the visibility and availability of its offerings for customers.
All More & More shop-in-shops are designed in line with the brand’s aesthetics, allowing customers to easily identify it across various locations. This format enables the swift introduction of new products and the testing of different locations without the need for significant investments. This is crucial in the context of dynamic shifts in consumer preferences. Additionally, it helps to optimize costs, which can be high when leasing and maintaining standalone stores.
From the end of June to early September 2024, we produced More & More shop-in-shops in six German cities: Michelstadt, Neustadt, Würzburg, Esslingen, Chemnitz, and Grossostheim. These locations are spread across different parts of Germany, with Chemnitz, the largest among them, having a population of approximately 250,000.
The shops are located in small or medium-sized department stores (e.g., Modehaus Jacob in Neustadt or Henschel in Michelstadt) or in small shopping centers, such as Indigo in Grossostheim.
The areas of the shop-in-shops we prepared range from 26 to 42 square meters. In all locations, the Ergo Store team was responsible for the retail furniture manufacturing, as well as the transportation and installation of furniture and other equipment.
More & More – a German brand specializing in women’s fashion – is one of our long-term clients, and the shop-in-shop is the retail format we produce most frequently for them. We primarily prepare these in Germany, but also in countries like Switzerland, Belgium, and Austria.
Our projects for More & More also include showrooms (which we have prepared in locations such as Salzburg, Hamburg, and Helsinki), monobrand stores (e.g., in Graz and Frankfurt), and trade fair stands for events like Panorama Berlin.

After a break, we have returned to Greece with a new project for the LPP Group. The result of our work is a Sinsay store produced in the city of Pyrgos. Our team was responsible for the complete fit-out of the store from A to Z – including retail furniture production, delivery, and assembly.

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
