The Tricity-based LPP company opens new stores in cooperation with Ergo Store. This time we have prepared a Sinsay store in Kalisz.
Kalisz is located in the Greater Poland Voivodeship and is an important cultural center with a theater, museums, a philharmonic hall, and art galleries. Festivals are organized there periodically, incl. Kalisz Theater Meetings. Kalisz is the largest city in the Kalisz-Ostrów agglomeration and the main industrial center of the Kalisz-Ostrowski Industrial District.
The newest Sinsay store is located in Galeria Tęcza, which is in the very center of the city – approx. 400 m from the Old Market Square. In this shopping center there are nearly 60 stores of the most popular brands, including H&M, Swiss, Douglas, Kruk, Yes, Martes Sport, Eva Minge and many more.
The new Sinsay store has an area of 910.50 sq m. The scope of Ergo Store work included retail furniture manufacturing, transport and assembly. We finished works at the beginning of November 2021. The official opening took place on November 6.
The store prepared by Ergo Store was realized according to the brand’s latest interior concept. It is a modern and bright space. Muted colors prevail – white, gray. The previous store concept was distinguished by strong pink colors interwoven with black. Now these colors are only used as details.
According to the new interior concept, we prepared Sinsay store in the Czech city of Hradec Kralove, a store in Wałbrzych and a new Sinsay store in Siedlce. We have been successfully cooperating with LPP for years. Recently we have produced shops like Reserved in Russia, five stores in Grozny or Cropp and House stores in Sofia.

After a break, we have returned to Greece with a new project for the LPP Group. The result of our work is a Sinsay store produced in the city of Pyrgos. Our team was responsible for the complete fit-out of the store from A to Z – including retail furniture production, delivery, and assembly.

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
