Sinsay store in Gliwice – another Ergo Store project in Poland

The Sinsay store in Gliwice is yet another location we have delivered according to the brand’s new interior concept. Sinsay remains the fastest-growing brand within the LPP Group in terms of new store openings. We completed this project in June 2026.

Production of the Sinsay Store in LVL PARK Gliwice

The Sinsay store is located in the newly built LVL PARK retail park in Gliwice, Silesian Voivodeship. It is a modern commercial complex designed to complement the local retail and service offering for residents of Gliwice’s dynamically developing districts. The new park also targets workers and residents from nearby industrial zones. The facility features excellent transport links, easy access from major city arteries, and a spacious parking lot. This aligns perfectly with the market trend favoring retail parks that offer customers convenient and efficient shopping.

LVL PARK tenants represent various sectors, including grocery, fashion, health and beauty, consumer electronics, fitness, and daily services. Alongside Sinsay, other brands opening stores in the new retail park include Rossmann, RTV EURO AGD, and Żabka.

The Sinsay store prepared by our company covers an area of 544 sq m. This layout allows for a comfortable and clear presentation of the brand’s extensive range, which includes women’s, men’s, and children’s apparel, as well as the highly popular “Home” section featuring interior accessories.

Scope of Ergo Store’s work

We were responsible for the comprehensive execution of the Sinsay store. Our scope of work included the manufacture of store furniture and fixtures, transport, and on-site installation.

For this project, we produced a standard furniture set adhering to the brand’s latest visual concept – S25. Following our project in Rabka-Zdrój, this is another Sinsay store we prepared in this format, which blends functionality with a trendy, metropolitan aesthetic.

We delivered a complete store fixture system, which included wall-mounted and freestanding furniture, fitting rooms, checkout counters, and backroom equipment.

Assembly work at LVL PARK Gliwice went according to schedule and was completed on June 3, 2026. The official grand opening of the Sinsay store – coinciding with the launch of the entire retail park – took place on June 19, 2026.

Long-term collaboration between Ergo Store and LPP Group

The Gliwice project is further proof of the trust LPP Group places in us. Our partnership has spanned projects across Europe for years. Recently, we have worked intensively for LPP Group in the Balkans (Serbia, Croatia, Greece, and Bosnia and Herzegovina) and prepared new stores in Poland, with recent completions including Sinsay locations in Rabka-Zdrój and Krościenko nad Dunajcem.

We have also delivered stores for LPP Group in countries such as Germany, the United Kingdom, Finland, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Poland.
