We are continuing projects for the LPP group in Slovakia. This time our company produced new fixtures for the Mohito store in Bratislava Park Avion.
Bratislava Park Avion, where the described Mohito store is located, is a large and modern shopping center with stores of popular clothing brands (including Reserved, Cropp, House, 4F, CCC, H&M, Sizeer, Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius), Kaufland market, restaurants, coworking space and an ice rink.
The Mohito store is located on level 0 of the mall, with an area of about 330 sqm. Between November 19 and December 6, 2023, our team carried out the store modernization, which consisted of the installation of new free-standing elements prepared by us, as well as new components in the area behind the cash registers, and e-commerce modules, thanks to which customers in the store can access the brand’s online store – it is a model example of the implementation of an omnichannel strategy that integrates various sales channels.
The store in Bratislava Park Avion is one of our latest projects carried out in the Mohito store made according to the concept, introduced in 2016. The year 2024 is the time of implementation of the brand’s new concept – we will report on specific projects and locations in forthcoming articles.
The Mohito brand was established in 2009, as the fourth in the LPP portfolio. The chain offers its customers both typically businesslike sets for the office, informal “after hours” styling, as well as a sports collection. The clothes are created for professionally active, creative and free women in the 25+ age bracket, living in large metropolitan areas. The designs are meant to break the stereotype of typical, boring clothing for work and emphasize the strengths of femininity.
In recent months, we have had the opportunity to work frequently for the LPP group in Slovakia. One of our first projects in 2024 was a Sinsay store in Bratislava. On the other hand, in the previous year, we worked in such Slovak cities as Rymavska Sobota or Trenczyn and Komarno.
The Tricity-based LPP company is our regular client, for whom we have also carried out projects in such countries as Hungary, the Czech Republic, Germany, Finland, Romania, Greece, Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina

After a break, we have returned to Greece with a new project for the LPP Group. The result of our work is a Sinsay store produced in the city of Pyrgos. Our team was responsible for the complete fit-out of the store from A to Z – including retail furniture production, delivery, and assembly.

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
