The Sinsay clothing brand store in the Stalchemia retail park in Siedlce is one of the newest Ergo Store projects for our long-term client – the LPP group.
This is the second Sinsay store in this city. Stalchemia is a retail park located at Card. Wyszyński and Gen. Franciszek Kleeberg streets. It was built on the site of the former Stalchemak steel foundry, next to one of the largest housing estates in Siedlce. The shopping center comprises three buildings with a total leasable area of over 6,000 sq m. and offers 10 commercial and service premises that have been occupied by retailers such as Biedronka, Xtreme Fitness Gyms, Action or Pepco.
The scope of work of our team included retail furniture manufacturing, transport and assembly. The shop covers an area of 880 square meters. The assembly took place from 5 to 14 July this year. The shop was officially opened on July 24.
Our company has been successfully cooperating with the LPP Group for years. In the difficult time of the pandemic, we prepared Sinsay stores in cities such as Wroclaw, Krakow, as well as Bytom, Częstochowa and Chorzów. We have also been producing stores abroad. For example, we produced Sinsay store in Prague or store of the same brand in Chelyabinsk. In cooperation with LPP, we had the opportunity to work, among others, in Russia, Hungary, Germany, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Sinsay stores are the second, after Reserved, the most frequently opened stores of the LPP group. Thanks to the brand repositioning, from a typically youthful to a more family-oriented, its popularity has increased. The interior of the Sinsay stores, designed in accordance with the brand’s concept, is bright and spacious. For the production of furniture and other elements, mainly steel is used and white is a dominant colour. The interior concept is complemented by wooden countertops of retail furniture.
