The list of projects includes Sinsay stores in the cities of Travnik, Tuzla, and Kakanj, as well as a Cropp store in Tuzla.
Currently, the LPP Group is opening the most new stores under the Sinsay brand. Most of our recent projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina are indeed stores of this brand, which were opened in July 2024.
The largest store, covering 852 square meters, is located in the city of Tuzla, in the Omega shopping center. Tuzla, with a population of over 70,000, has a history dating back to the 15th century and is now an important mining and industrial center.
Our company was responsible for the retail furniture manufacturing, transportation, and installation, which we completed on July 24, 2024. The store opened a week later.
Also, on July 31, the first customers were able to visit the Sinsay store in the city of Kakanj, which has a population of several thousand and is located in central Bosnia. The store is located in the Belamionix shopping center —a well-known chain in Bosnia, which, in addition to running shopping centers and gas stations, also handles the distribution and import of products sold under its own brand.
The Sinsay store in Kakanj covers 555 square meters. Our company handled retail furniture production, transportation, and assembly, which we completed on July 22.
The list of new Sinsay stores in Bosnia concludes with a store in the town of Travnik, with a population of 15,000, located in the central part of the country. The 570-square-meter store on Stanična Street was opened on July 18, and Ergo Store was responsible for retail furniture production, transportation, and installation, which we completed on July 9, 2024.
We visited Tuzla, where we opened one of the Sinsay stores, a few months earlier when we were preparing a store for another LPP brand – Cropp. This store opened on May 8, 2024, in a shopping centre owned by the well-known Bosnian chain – Bingo. In addition to the Cropp store, customers at Bingo in Tuzla can choose from brands such as Tom Tailor, S.Oliver, Terranova, and Inditex Group brands—Zara, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, and Bershka. We completed the installation of the furniture on April 25.
Since 2022, we have been working intensively in the Balkans, preparing stores for all LPP Group brands. This is the result of the strategy of the Tri-City-based company, which aims for dynamic expansion in Southern and Southeastern Europe. This year, we have already prepared, among others, Mohito stores in Serbia and Slovenia, as well as Sinsay stores in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Over the years, we have also carried out projects for the LPP Group in countries such as the United Kingdom, Hungary, Germany, Romania, Finland, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland.
