Since the beginning of the year, there has been a steady increase in the number of our productions for the most popular brand in the LPP group, prepared in Bosnia.
Among the latest productions, the shop in Banja Luka – the second largest city in Bosnia – has the largest area of 1,550 sq m. The two-storey store is located in the Centar shopping centre, which is also the brand’s headquarters in Bosnia and, thanks to its large warehouse space, acts as Sinsay’s distribution centre in the region.
Our team was responsible for the retail furniture manufacturing, transport and assembly, which we carried out in October/November 2022. The shop was opened on 15 November.
The location of the store we prepared in the Bosnian capital Sarajevo is quite unusual. The 1,209 sq m shop is located in a residential building in one of the newly built housing estates in Lukavica – a district administratively belonging to the country’s capital. We prepared the furniture for the shop, took care of transport and installation (14-21 November 2022), and the shop opened its doors to customers on 30 November 2022.
Other Sinsay shops can be found in smaller Bosnian towns – the historic Livna, with a population of around 8,000, which belonged to the Kingdom of Croatia in medieval times and to Bosnia and Herzegovina since 1992. The shop of the LPP clothing brand is located in the Ivanovic shopping centre, where, on an area of 7,000 sq m, mainly local companies run their shops and service outlets, while chain brands have so far been represented only by Deichmann. The 842 sq m Sinsay shop opened on 30 September 2022, and our team was responsible for furniture production, transport and installation (we carried it out on 16-22 September 2022) .
Finally, a Sinsay shop in Modrica, which has a population of around 10,000. The 738 sq m store is located on the Trg Jovana Raskovica shopping street. Here we were involved in retail furniture manufacturing, transport and assembly (25 November – 1 December 2022), during which one of the challenges was the underfloor heating installed in the premises, which made it difficult to fix furniture directly to the floor. However, many years of experience in installation work allowed us to introduce solutions to bypass these limitations.
Since the beginning of 2022, there has been a steady increase in the number of new Sinsay shops and other LPP brands prepared by us in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Balkan countries. We have produced shops both in capital cities such as Belgrade, Zagreb and Sarajevo, as well as in smaller towns.
The Tricity-based LPP company is our regular client, for whom we have also worked in other regions of Europe, including Hungary, Germany, Finland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria and Poland.
