Two new Sinsay stores have been added to our extensive portfolio of projects for the LPP Group in the Balkans. The stores are located in the Bosnian towns of Doboj and Vogošća.
Doboj and Vogošća are small towns in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with populations ranging from 10,000 to 25,000 residents. Doboj, situated in the northern part of Bosnia within the Republika Srpska, is a significant railway hub in the region and home to a private university.
One of the town’s newest developments is the City Park Doboj retail park, which hosts brands such as LC Waikiki, Pepco, Intersport, and Jysk. Like the Sinsay store, these shops opened their doors on November 28, 2024, coinciding with the shopping center’s inauguration.
Ergo Store provided a complete set of retail furniture and fittings for the 1,065-square-meter Sinsay store. Between November 14 and 20, we installed the retail furniture manufactured by our team.
Opening large-format stores in smaller towns is part of Sinsay’s current strategy. The youngest brand in LPP Group’s portfolio designs its stores with a showroom-like style, enhancing the presentation of collections and creating a more comfortable shopping experience. The interiors are characterized by neutral colors, drawing customers’ attention to the product assortment, which is primarily targeted at young families.
The second Sinsay store we produced is located in the Manner shopping center in Vogošća, about 6 km north of Sarajevo.
With an area of 585 square meters, the Vogošća store is nearly half the size of the Doboj location. Ergo Store handled both the production of retail furniture and fittings and the installation, which took place from November 8 to 13, 2024.
Ergo Store has been working intensively with the LPP Group in the Balkans since 2022. During this time, we have prepared stores for Sinsay and other LPP brands in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia. Our recent projects in the region include a Mohito store in Dubrovnik and a Sinsay store in Lukavac, Bosnia.
Over the years, we have also completed projects for LPP Group in countries such as the United Kingdom, Hungary, Germany, Romania, Finland, Greece, Bulgaria, and Poland.

After a break, we have returned to Greece with a new project for the LPP Group. The result of our work is a Sinsay store produced in the city of Pyrgos. Our team was responsible for the complete fit-out of the store from A to Z – including retail furniture production, delivery, and assembly.

The market is moving in two seemingly contradictory, yet in practice complementary, directions: the transformation of large-scale malls into multifunctional (mixed-use) facilities and the dynamic expansion of local retail parks. What do these changes mean for the production of commercial spaces?
